RC Woes

After crashing my new RC plane about a thousand times on the simulator I decided to take it out and fly it in the park. As I was taking off the first time, the plane was drifting a little to the right and, being a newbie at this, I over-corrected left...and flew right into a tree.
The plane was stuck pretty securely in the branches, 40 ft up in the air. Thirty minutes of throwing sticks and basketballs at the branch that was holding the plane got us nowhere, so my friend decided to give it a shot climbing the tree. Soon enough, he was in a position high enough that he could shake loose the plane. He did...and the plane dropped like a roc
